I’m Brandy, and I live in Richmond, Virginia. Since I’m drawn to the mountains, the ocean, and all four seasons, Richmond is a wonderful place to call home. I share life and a love for making music with my husband and anam cara, Aaron, and I’m momma to four incredible humans.
I love a good road trip, and I’m happiest hanging out in nature. My soul is captivated by “thin places,” where the holy veil between heaven and earth is felt in a visceral way.
I’m a spiritual director, trained in the Benedictine tradition. The ministry of spiritual direction is near and dear to my heart as I believe we all benefit from having our unique story heard and lovingly held.
why “sacred musings”?
I’ve come to believe that all is sacred, that this journey we call life is a spiritual journey for each of us—that even the seemingly mundane parts of the day-to-day are an opportunity to connect to the divine. The joys and challenges of daily life are sacred invitations to become our true selves.
